- Your chosen registration plan and, for Event Fraternity, the details of the second attendee.
- Payment-related references (e.g. transaction and order IDs). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled directly by our payment gateway.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your registration and payment for the event.
- To generate and deliver your entry pass (access code and QR code).
- To verify RAA membership eligibility where applicable.
- To communicate with you about your registration, the event schedule, and important updates via email and WhatsApp.
- To notify you when registration reopens, if you joined the waitlist.
- For check-in and entry management at the venue.
- For legitimate operational, security, and record-keeping purposes.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the event, and only to the extent necessary:
- Payment processing: Cashfree Payments, which handles your transaction securely under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Communication & pass delivery: email and WhatsApp/SMS service providers used to send your pass and event updates.
- Hosting & database: our infrastructure and database providers who store registration data on our behalf.
- Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by our payment gateway; we never see or store your full payment credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your registration information for as long as necessary to deliver the event, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain our records. Waitlist details are retained until registration reopens and you are notified, after which they may be removed on request.
Photography & Media
VoiceCon 2026 may be photographed, filmed, or live-streamed. By attending, you acknowledge that your image or likeness may be captured and used for promotional and archival purposes, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
