Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees for VoiceCon 2026 are generally non-refundable. However, the following policy applies:
Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made for the same registration.
- A payment has been successfully charged but the registration was not generated due to a technical error.
- The event is cancelled by RAA India and is not rescheduled.
- Any other exceptional circumstance approved solely at the discretion of RAA India.
Participant Cancellation
If refunds are being offered for participant cancellations, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@raaindia.com.
- Requests must be received at least 10 calendar days before the event date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway, transaction processing charges, taxes, or other non-recoverable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to attend the event (“No Show”).
- Late arrival or partial attendance.
- Change of personal plans, travel arrangements, or accommodation.
- Dissatisfaction with speakers, sessions, networking opportunities, or event content.
- Changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, performers, or program.
- Requests received after the specified cancellation deadline.
- Removal from the event due to violation of the Terms & Conditions or code of conduct.
Payment Issues
- Duplicate or failed-but-charged transactions will be refunded in full after successful verification.
- RAA India is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or other financial institutions.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the participant's bank or payment provider.
