Terms & Conditions – VoiceCon 2026

By registering for VoiceCon 2026, organised by RAA India (RJs & Anchors Association), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Registration & Eligibility

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• RAA India reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration found to contain false or misleading information.

Entry Pass

• Each registration is valid for one participant only.
• The QR code/e-pass is unique, non-transferable, and can be scanned only once at the venue.
• A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification during check-in.

Event Changes

• RAA India reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, performers, sessions, or program due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Such changes shall not entitle participants to any refund or compensation.

Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, venue staff, and organisers.
• Any misconduct, harassment, disruptive behaviour, or violation of venue rules may result in immediate removal from the event without any refund.

Photography & Media

• VoiceCon 2026 may be photographed, filmed, or live-streamed.
• By attending, participants grant RAA India the right to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, and testimonials for promotional, educational, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

Liability

• Participants attend the event at their own risk.
• RAA India shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other incidental expenses arising from participation in the event.

Force Majeure

RAA India shall not be held responsible for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.

Payments

• All payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments or other authorised payment partners.
• By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment gateway's terms and conditions.

Privacy

Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for event management, communication, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
